STANDARD PROGRESSIVE DIE DELIVERY TIMELINE (45 - 65 DAYS)

While timelines vary based on motor core complexity and die size, our proven workflow guarantees rapid execution without compromising sub-micron precision.
01

Phase 1: DFM Finalization & Kick-Off

Upon order confirmation, our engineering team finalizes the 3D strip layout and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis. The design is frozen (T-Minus) only after obtaining your official approval.
02

Phase 2: Material Sourcing & IQC

We procure premium die steel (e.g., SKD11) for the die shoes and import ultra-fine grain tungsten carbide inserts. All materials undergo strict Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for hardness and metallurgical integrity.
03

Phase 3: High-Precision Machining

The core manufacturing phase begins. Utilizing our in-house gantry milling, Taiwan profile grinders, and Sodick Wire-EDMs, we machine the carbide punches and die plates to strict ±0.002mm tolerances.
04

Phase 4: Toolmaker Fitting & Assembly

Our veteran toolmakers meticulously assemble the progressive die components. Clearances are manually verified, and dynamic automated interlocking mechanisms are rigorously tested offline.
05

Phase 5: T0 Trial Stamping & FAIR

The assembled die is mounted on our high-speed presses for the T0 trial. The stamped motor cores are inspected via Zeiss CMM. We submit the First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) and physical samples to you for final approval.
06

Phase 6: VCI Packaging & Global Dispatch

After final sign-off, the tooling and sample cores are treated with VCI anti-rust oil, vacuum-sealed, and secured in fumigated wooden crates, ready for air freight or ocean shipment.
Dedicated Project Management

NEVER IN THE DARK: YOUR DEDICATED BILINGUAL PROJECT MANAGER

Cross-border manufacturing shouldn't mean a lack of communication. Every tooling project is assigned a dedicated, technically fluent Project Manager. They act as your single point of contact, providing comprehensive weekly progress reports, including machining photos, CMM data, and real-time Gantt chart updates. We adapt to your time zone to ensure you are always in control of your supply chain.
