By accessing our website or requesting a quotation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

1. Website Use and Intellectual Property

  • Site Content: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, technical articles, and case studies, is the exclusive property of Zhixiang Precision Mold Co., Ltd. and is protected by international copyright laws.

  • Permitted Use: You may view, download, and print materials from this website solely for your internal business purposes to evaluate our manufacturing capabilities. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.

2. Quotations, DFM, and Orders

  • Quotation Validity: Unless otherwise stated in writing, all commercial quotations provided by our engineering team are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on raw material (e.g., silicon steel, tungsten carbide) market fluctuations.

  • DFM Approval: For custom progressive dies, mass production or tooling fabrication will not commence until you have officially signed off on our Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reports and 2D/3D tooling drawings.

  • Purchase Orders (POs): Formal manufacturing agreements and POs will supersede these general website terms.

3. Manufacturing Tolerances and Quality

  • Precision Standards: We guarantee that our custom dies and stamped laminations will meet the dimensional tolerances specified and agreed upon in the finalized CAD drawings.

  • Quality Dispute: Any claims regarding non-conformances, burr heights, or concentricity deviations must be reported within a specified period (typically 15-30 days) after receiving the shipment. We rely on Zeiss CMM reports and FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports) as the standard for quality verification.

4. Tooling Ownership and Storage (For OEM Stamping)

If you partner with us for Mass Production OEM Stamping:

  • Ownership: Once the tooling development fees are fully paid, the physical progressive die remains your exclusive property.

  • Maintenance & Storage: We will safely store, maintain, and regrind the tooling at our facility at no extra charge, provided it is actively used for your mass production orders. The tooling will not be used to produce components for any third party.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

All international shipments are governed by the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) specified in your commercial contract. Unless otherwise agreed, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the designated carrier or port.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [Your Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, production downtime, or loss of business opportunities arising out of your use of this website or delays in tooling delivery caused by Force Majeure events.
