Furthermore, all die maintenance and regrinding during mass production are fully managed by us, ensuring continuous supply without hidden upkeep costs.

EXPERT ANSWERS ON MOTOR CORE MANUFACTURING
What grades and thicknesses of silicon steel do you process?
We process premium Cold Rolled Non-Grain Oriented (CRNGO) and Grain Oriented (CRGO) electrical steel sourced directly from top mills like Baosteel and WISCO. Thicknesses range from ultra-thin 0.20mm and 0.35mm for high-efficiency EV and servo motors, up to standard 0.50mm for industrial stators.
What core stacking and assembly methods do you provide?
We offer a full suite of core assembly services. Depending on your design, we provide in-die auto-interlocking, argon arc welding, cleating, and backlack (bonding). For rotors, we also offer professional aluminum pressure die-casting services.
Who pays for die maintenance and sharpening during long-term production?
We do. Because we design and build the progressive and compound dies entirely in-house, all routine maintenance, regrinding, and carbide spare parts replacement during your mass production run are 100% free of charge. You only pay for the stamped laminations.
Do you offer annealing and anti-rust treatments for stamped cores?
Yes. Stamping processes can introduce mechanical stress that increases core loss. We utilize in-house continuous rotary furnaces for stress-relief annealing and apply oxidation (blueing) or anti-rust oil to fully restore magnetic properties and prevent corrosion.
What is your production lead time and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Once the stamping die is approved, our standard production lead time is 1 to 2 weeks per batch, supported by our 100,000+ sets daily output capacity. For automated progressive stamping runs, our standard MOQ is typically 10,000 sets.
