1. The Challenge: Transitioning to In-House Core Stamping
A well-known home appliance manufacturer in Cambodia, specializing in fans and domestic appliances, was looking to optimize their supply chain. For years, they relied on importing ready-made stator and rotor cores, which severely ate into their profit margins and exposed them to logistical delays.
To dramatically lower procurement costs and increase production autonomy, the client decided to establish their own in-house lamination stamping facility.
